INGREDIENTS:
1.Kovakkai-----2 cups(finely cut lengthwise)
2.Onion-------1/2 chopped finely
3.Sambar powder---1 tsp
4.Mustard---1/2 tsp
5.Urad dhal---1 /2 tsp
6.Curry leaves---few
METHOD:
Heat oil in the pan and add mustard,urad dhal and curry leaves.
Add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add the tindora/kovakai and fry till its cooked.
Now add the sambar powder and salt and fry for few more minutes.
Serve with rice.
