INGREDIENTS:
1.Bread slices --3
2.Onion--1 big
3.Green capsicum---1 big
4.Tomato sauce-----1/4 cup
5.Chilly sauce-------1 tsp
6.Soy sauce---------1 tsp
7.Ginger garlic paste--1 tsp
8.Coriander leaves to garnish
9.salt to taste
METHOD:
Toast the bread slices and cut them into small squares.
Cut the onion and capsicum into cubes.
Heat oil and add the onions and gingergarlic paste.
Then add the capsicum pieces and fry till cooked.
Now add tomato sauce ,chilly sauce and soy sauce.
U can add tomatoes instead of tomato sauce too.
Add salt and finally add the bread pieces and switch the stove.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with raita.
